I do not want to speculate, but the past has shown us that many programs are going to SCAM, if the admin buy a MNO-listing after a long maturity.
The admins use the notoriety of MNO to receive additional Invests...

Today I have closed my invest there. I will not create a new deposit in this progran.

We will see how long the program is running further.

What a tricky admin.
After a runtime of 23 days the admin of

has bought a listing in DN-blog. 1 day later the site is SCAM.
This admin have used the chance to go south after a big money inflow from the DN-user.

What can we learn from this?

If an admin buy a listing on a big monitor, after a runtime with passive advertising, so we must be careful.
Sometimes the admin wants to entice invests again - so he can go south with bigger profit.

Yesterday a user make a bigger deposit in bitcoin $1500.

has sent a mail for a upgrade of the invest rules:

Now the plan is changing to a anytime-back-plan. Summary this sounds good for the investors, but...
...a little mistake has this changing: only be available for new deposits, and does not apply to deposits that you've made in the past

The old investors who have invested in the start time and have help to grow the program... they are the disadvantaged investors and be punished. They have the ass card and the complete risc, that the admin close the program before the first investors reach the BEP.

And this phrase is "nice":

I sounds better to say: The investors have the complete freedom.
Than to say: This change is an attempt to get more investors and more money in the program...

If we look in the current deposit/withdrawal stats , so I see no necessity for such changing in the program structure. It should have enough reserves available.

The admin is just busy trying to destroy its stable program itself.
The old plan gave him the opportunity to control the profits / disbursements themselves. After changing the rules he must always keep money available, to pay out to the user who withdraw the invests. THIS is not calculable.

And if that's Program scam soon, the admin will find the culprit: The investors who leave the program to fast - and the user in the forums and chatrooms, who have questioned the new rules and rejected this.
Thus, for me to conclude that the admin prepared the closure.
