Easy to Eat and Finger Food Ideas

This forum always seems a wealth of ideas and knowledge so tossing this out. I'm looking for some healthy food ideas other than typical pre-packaged bars, bites, etc. I have the sports portables book by Allen Lim and that has a few good ideas I have or will be making at some point. I'm looking mostly for variety of fairly easy to prep meal and/or recipe ideas for healthy, real-food type stuff that is pretty easy to eat either as snacks or meals.

Backstory is that my wife was bit on the face several times by a dog last weekend, and along with 20 stitches is missing part of her upper lip for the next few weeks until the surgeon can do the restoration work. In the meantime, and post procedure she needs softer foods that are easy to break apart and eat small pieces. I'm looking for ideas/recipes/anything really. Due to the location of the injury, anything with a spoon (yogurt, soup, etc) doesn't work.

We have chicken nuggets and tortellini on the OK list so far for pre-made stuff. Mini-muffin type foods have worked well too
