New Car, not working as I thought!

I took delivery of my e-tron GT vorsprung a couple of days ago. The delivery was delayed because of a recall on the battery and I was told that it had to be replaced, so they lent me an e-tron 55 for a week, which was nice.

I have driven the car for a few days now and two things don't add up as I thought they would. Firstly the range. With 80% charge it is telling me I have about 170 miles. This is way below the spec and all (and I mean all ) of the videos I watched. I was expecting a range of around 200/220 practically at 80%

Am I wrong here?

The second thing is the regen on braking. I appreciate this is not a one peddle driving car but I get no, and I mean no regen when I brake. I have tried automatic and manual model and adding the coasing regen with the paddle, but then I brake the dial never goes into the green charge area. I have looked at Pov driving videos and I see it working the same way and the e-tron 55 I had for a week when we get recharge when breaking.

Is this right?

Maybe this is just me getting used to the car, but with the recall on the battery I am concerned that the work was not completed properly and I am driving a very expensive and beautiful DUD!

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciaited.
